We have made every possible effort to provide accurate images, posting furniture images online can distort the true colour of the furniture. This variation should always be taken into account before purchasing, dark furniture in particular looks lighter online. We have taken all reasonable care to ensure that all the information provided on the website are correct. All sizes and dimensions are approximated , we do try to make sure they are as correct as possible.
Order Acceptance
Orders placed on our website, over the phone or in person by you and may be accepted by us subject to availability. Our stock is regularly updated on our website, while we try and ensure that all stock on our website are accurate, errors may occur. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to notify you about unavailability and estimated lead time for delivery
Pricing Policy
The price you pay for goods is the price price advertised on our website at the time we receive your order. In the event we discover an error in the price of goods , we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In the even order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices anytime. If the on-line price of the goods is reduced within 7 days of you placing order with us, we will happily honour the price reduction and refund the difference back to you
Payment
We accept payments by credit or debit cards, the easiest and convenient method is to use our automated online credit / debit card processing system. We can accept the following payment methods.

Delivery Policy
Most deliveries are carried within 14 working days. Scotland deliveries can take between 14-21 working days. All small items are sent via Parcelforce / TNT. All large items are sent via 2 Man
dispatch. All Large items are booked in with you via telephone / email
(1/2 days prior to delivery).

Refund/ Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order anytime prior to goods leaving our warehouse excluding mirrors, these are made to order items
You will be issued with full refund. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process. We now offer **FREE Returns on all our items. We are very confident that you will love your furniture , if for any reason you do not like your furniture , just simply contact us within 14 days of receiving them. We will arrange collection from you at no extra cost and refund you in full within 7 working days of receiving the items back.
